Green Corridor

Railway tracks of Kona Station meanders the project, have 10 meters wide green corridor running parallel on both sides.
All internal roads have 2 meters wide green passages, used for tree plantation on both sides.
There are demarcated green patches used as parks which constitute 7% of the total land for the villa project.
Bio degradable and non-biodegradable wastes are collected from each unit and disposed separately. It is also known as low plastic zone.
Irrigation canals running through the project have dense tree lines at the banks, development in collaboration with The Forest Dept., Govt. of West Bengal.
There is no polluting industry within 1 km radius of the project, which ensures seamless green and dust free environment.
Recycling of domestic used-water in treatment plants balances the economy of water and waste output.
