Kolkata West International City: A Growing Education Hub in Howrah

Durga Puja 2016

In its sixth year, the Durga Puja inside the premises of Kolkata West International City is organized by the families that reside within the township. The annual ceremony commenced in 2011. Festivities take place over five days which residents celebrate with cultural programs, gala community lunches and dinners.

Independence Day plantation drive

In collaboration with Rotary Club Howrah chapter, Kolkata West International City had organized a tree plantation drive. Members of the Rotary club and residents of the township participated in a flag hoisting ceremony which was followed by plantation of nearly one hundred saplings in the green areas of the township.

Yoga workshop 2016

The residents of Kolkata West International City attended a yoga workshop to celebrate International Yoga Day in July 2016. The workshop was held under the guidance and supervision of professional trainers.
