Kolkata West International City is India’s first foreign direct investment in township projects in India comprising bungalows, high-rise residential towers and commercial zones in Howrah.

Although, the project has experienced time delay, the management has been able to bring it on track with dedication and passion. The first phase is now nearing completion. Completion certificate has been received for 804 villas out of 846 sold.

Vision of the company is to give modern living spaces with all amenities, in the midst of nature and tranquility.

Besides Charulata project, Kolkata West is promoting new developments within the township, exploring various categories like high rises and independent units.
