Founded by Mr. Prasoon Mukherjee in 1995, Universal Success Enterprises (“USE”) is a multi-national, diversified company operating in South East Asia and India

USE operates out of 8 offices worldwide and employs over 1,000 people

USE has three main business divisions:

  • USE Energy for power & energy projects
  • USE Infra for Townships and Industrial Parks
  • Universal Success Restaurants for Hospitality

Projects under USE Energy

  • Development of 1,200 MW Solar Power Park over 6,000 acres at Nayachar Island
    • A riverine island off the coast of Haldia, West Bengal
    • Total of 11,927 acres, currently valued at US$ 200 MN, already paid for in full and in possession of USE
  • Development of 3,960 MW Super Critical Thermal Power Plant, Gojiness, Gujarat
    • All clearances including Environmental Clearance received
    • Fuel Supply Agreements executed – to be renewed
    • Land identified and demarcated and under process of acquisition
  • Trading in crude with annual volume of $9 BN
  • Minority share in PT Ithaca Resources – owning the world’s largest coal mine in Indonesia

    In collaboration with Rotary Club Howrah chapter, Kolkata West International City had organized a tree plantation drive. Members of the Rotary club and residents of the township participated in a flag hoisting ceremony which was followed by plantation of nearly one hundred saplings in the green areas of the township.
