Overview

• A planned township only 23 kms from the heart of Kolkata and located on NH6, having superlative connectivity both from airport via Belghoria Expressway or NH6 and from Park Circus 7 point crossing via Kona Expressway.
• Kona Expressway is being upgraded with a flyover right from end of Vidyasagar Setu to its junctions with NH6, further reducing travel time.
• Santragachi (6 kms from site) and Shalimar station (10 kms from site) verging on becoming arterial railway connections for South Eastern Railway.

Green Corridor

• Railway tracks of Kona Station meanders the project, have 10 meters wide green corridor running parallel on both sides.
• All internal roads have 2 meters wide green passages, used for tree plantation on both sides.
• There are demarcated green patches used as parks which constitute 7% of the total land for the villa project.
• Bio degradable and non-biodegradable wastes are collected from each unit and disposed separately. It is also known as low plastic zone.
